Koeppel on Wine is an independently operated information site about wine. It explains wine styles, aging, closures, labels and the filling and labelling steps on a winery bottling line.

The site is named after its domain. Between 2004 and 2008 that domain hosted a personal wine-review website run by a US wine columnist, with new-release reviews, inexpensive wines, aged wines and food pairing pages. This site is not operated by, endorsed by or affiliated with any company, organisation or person that has previously used this domain name or whose name appears in it. In particular, it is not affiliated with the wine columnist who previously published a personal wine-review site on this domain or anyone else whose name appears in the domain. The old site's content is not reproduced here.
